Hi. so i have this issue where my server sets the max players to 64 instead of 32, then only allows one player anyways. i use sourcemod and cksurf but both are disabled

Set player count in gameinfo.txt

Try Using -maxplayers_override 32 into your launch options.
it might fix your problem .
