I play CounterStrikeGO by WarZone and tried to create a server for it, I followed the CSTRIKEMANIA tutorials, but I got the following problem

It just keeps restarting, I can not find matches on the server or anything. It restarts every 10 seconds and does not work. Anyone know how to solve this?

there is no problem shown here... and I don't see ANY restarting... yes you are noob, and sorry can't solve this problem for you without better information to go on! I suggest contacting warzone for help.

isn't it no-steam csgo? but anyway if you're running on linux try -norestart in launch option.

There are two things you should note. The first is that this forum is for sourcemod support not SRCDS. Questions about servers should be asked here. The second is that you will likely find no help there because of this rule.
