[CSGO] Game crash after select team

Hello , i have a 1v1 server and after update i cant play on it.
For example when "X" join first on my server and i try to connect and i select team , my game crash.
I dont have any error in logs fille , only :

L 06/07/2017 - 16:11:52: "nexphynutu-<3>" switched from team to
L 06/07/2017 - 16:11:55: "nexphynutu-<3>" disconnected (reason "nexphynutu- timed out")

The problem is not happening only on my pc, other player have the same problem as me

I have exactly this problem on all my 3 servers. Gonna try without sourcemod and will let you know.

Okay, I tried "app_update 740 validate" in SteamCMD and it looks like it fixed my problem. Now working without problem with sourcemod enabled.
