I have a win 2012 dedicated server with 2 ip's on one network adapter .. 1 internet and 1 intrAnet (10.xxx.xxx.xxx)

how can i use the intrAnet ip for my csgo server ? i want to run server under local ip.

You can run under a local IP... but nobody would be able to connect. Unless they are in the same subnet, which is impossible if the server is in the DC.

the subnets for both ip's is the same (255.255.255.224). There are a lot of servers in my country using intrAnet ip (10.xx...)

The game will need a public IP address to be able to broadcast itself to the master list. It will never be on the master list without a public IP address (Private RFC1918 IP addresses will not work).

If you really intend to run using your private RFC1918 IP address, then start up your server with the "-ip 127.0.0.1" parameter where 127.0.0.1 would be the RFC1918 IP address.

You can't do both addresses at once.

Also, you can run your server with -ip 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 with sv_tags "hidden" to hide your server from master list and just provide your members with the interanet ip address but i'm still not sure if your real ip is really stay hidden

as i know your problem let's say you cannot run a server on a Country Accessed IP Address (ru ip iran access nemishe) you need a lan ip like 10.x.x.x ip to do that and make it joianble.
