how can i use sv_server_graphic1

hello i just discovered sv_server_graphic1 and i cant use that. i upload 7kb photo to /csgo/ but i cannot use this command please help me?

rcon sv_server_graphic1 "logo1.png"

Place 1 bottom logo in csgo
C:\steamcmd\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive Beta - Dedicated Server\csgo

logo file should be size limit to 14kb and shound in png format.

Also adding it into server.cfg without sm_rcon should work as well.
