For some reason the plugin broke after the not so recent cs:go update.
The error in console:
"L 08/31/2017 - 17:12:52: [CSTRIKE] Failed to lookup AliasToWeaponID signature."

When zombies spawn, they don't get a knife.

CS:GO Update has broken many things.
Allied Modders crew is working to fix that problem.
You can just wait for a fix.
