i going in run csgo server on windows server 2003 32bit but cna not run server

Does it run csgo server on Windows Server 2003 32bit?
plz help me

as i know, windows 2003 is no compatible with csgo server and it will keep crashing for unknown reasons.
try 2008 and above.
