Nope. I agree it would make more sense as well.

Hello everyone!

It seems to be a great plugin, but I am not getting to start the match. I set to 1v1 or 2x2, choose the captains, everyone gets ready, but nothing happens. Can you help me please?

PS: auto live is active. I have tried /forcestart too.

EDIT: when I set forcestart:

This is an issue with your sourcemod installation. I'd try restarting your server and if that doesn't work, update to a newer sourcemod snapshot.

Your specific issue is that the gamedata for csgo is out of date: https://github.com/alliedmodders/sou.../game.csgo.txt

I'm a little bit newbie on it, could you explain me how to update?

DisableAutoUpdate is set to NO; and AutoUpdateURL is "update.sourcemod.net/update/"

EDIT: I got it. Downloaded lastest version of sourcemod and metamod and put on the folders. Thanks anyway. I will test the plugin!

EDIT2: I did a match but after the 15 round the teams didn't swap. What could be? I think the cfg for live/competitive is not right.

EDIT3: There was some cvars missing in the gamemode_competitive.cfg. It was pushing some codes from warmup, like freeamor, respawn, friendlyfire etc.

By now I am really enjoying the plugin. Great job and thanks! One question: there is a way to change menu to the right side of the screen?

Can you make this for counter strike source?

No, that can't be changed. gamemode_competitive.cfg isn't a file you're supposed to modify, it's part of the base server install, so those cvar should be there.

Is there a way to remove the ready up requirement, just have the game start when each team has at least 1 player? IE: Have the warmup be infinite, but as soon as each team has atleast 1 player, have the warmup countdown and start automatically?

Is there a way that the teamsize can be adaptable based on the current players in the game? I want team sizes to be 5, but I also want matches to be able to auto start on 1v1, 2v2, 3v3? Currently if I change teamsize to 1 in default options then it will move excess players to spectate.

Also, is there a way to make the overtime voteable? - I see you put this down a suggestion yourself a couple of years back https://github.com/splewis/csgo-pug-setup/issues/68

Baring in mind I'm using autosetup and auto use defaults throughout all of this.

Cheers,

No, there's no way to do any of those currently (and unlikely to be in the future).

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I swear someone earlier in the the thread said that teams of varied sizes was entirely possible with auto setup. That's the main thing I want to achieve, the rest of what I asked was just additional. It's just because there will be a lot of time where a public server won't have 10 players. If not then I'll look into trying to learn to code some sourcemod and fork off a version that might be able to do it

Also, what part of the mod defines that the warmup is indefinite ?

Cheers

I added this to pugsetup.sp and recompiled under Linux - SM1.8 but now everytime the server boots, the plugin fails to load.

I added it in an attempt to have the playersperteam/teamsize update based on players currently on the server.

Code:
public Action Event_OnPlayerTeam()
{
    int CurrentPlayerCountNew = GetTeamClientCount(CS_TEAM_T) + GetTeamClientCount(CS_TEAM_CT);
    g_PlayersPerTeam = CurrentPlayerCountNew;
}
Now all I get is:

Code:
pugsetup.smx (CS:GO PugSetup): unexpected error 23 in AskPluginLoad callback
I know you aren't obliged to help, but if you could provide some guidance then that'd be greatly appreciated
