You'd have to add it in lots of places - client cookies, guns menu, the native that gives weapons for a round type, etc.

... I actually asked if people wanted some public natives to add new round types, and I got exactly 0 feedback.

I tried to change it, but received a lots of errors in compile. It's looks like coding it's not for me

btw. People from my server said that language is changing in the mod. When they enter the game is default (PL) but later is (DE) or (ENG), and later is (PL) again. It's normal behavior?

Nope, I believe I've fixed the issue, however. (though it's untested)

heya, what do you think of adding another mysql tablee,

amount of headshots. which could then in the php be like headshots/kills = headshot %

Plugin is still in beta stage I guess, therefore adding more features and what not is a bad idea. When the plugin is in a stable version, then you can go ahead and add more features. That is my opinion after all, it's the OP's decision after all.

The 1.0 release is stable actually and he is adding new feautures on a daily basis ;)

I have no idea what's going on in here, but I'm not a huge fan of storing headshot counts. It's something that can easily be done in another plugin, anyway.
