1. Replay isn't being counted, so if you have replay enabled, the playercount is always one too high.

It also resets currentplayers to 0 when the map changes, and doesn't increment it when the existing players rejoin.

I've tried also using tf_forced_holiday 3 and it doesn't work, halloween items can still be equipped and medkits don't change and I cant use noisemakers. Maybe tf_forced_holiday is bugged too.

From what I understand, the model would need to be edited to add the hat to the geometry, then recompile it.

You could edit the player model to have the hat model as part of it, that would be your best bet.

Actually most of the mdl file research was mine (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1350200#post1350200) from back in the EM days ;) (unless they ignored my notes and did it all themselves...

It's a model replacement for Zoey in L4D. I re-rigged it for scout's bone structure. Not posting it because its buggy in the leg department, and has a few clipping issue.

Custom models in TF2 have been in since the 119th update back in April. That's how gamemodes like PropHunt and Vs Saxton Hale Mode are able to work. The OP just wasn't aware, apparently.

The problem seemed to have gone away once I installed the newest SM/MM:S snapshot, however I was able to play fine on the earlier snapshot for hours before the crashes started happening after 5-15...
