Why in the world would you want to kick people from your server? Won't be full often if that's the case. There are reserved slot plugins that let people who are on the list kick to join.

Yup that was my problem I think. People would use reserved slots to kick somebody and that would crash it.

Server is crashing after the first three rounds after this patch. Anyone know how to fix?

Edit: Looks like it happens whenever somebody is kicked or banned, and seems to affect only Windows...

I decided to try it without addons. Problem still occurred, so at least I know it's not an SM thing.

I have the new patch on all my servers. It fixed the crashing that was happening on my Linux servers but did not resolve the sound issue on my main Windows server.

Yeah it's definitely Windows servers only. I don't know why I didn't think of that; all my Linux servers don't have it. Unfortunately if you're running 128 tick with 30 players you can't use Linux.
