sometimes, atleast once or twice a day when maps timelimit is over and its supposed to change to the next map, it just restarts the same map again and the map stays on loop forever untill admin changes the map manually. The mapcycle works as intended again untill next day or few hours later, its completely random. Anyone seen this before or know what could cause this?
Im allways using the newest 1.6 snapshot

Are you using nextmap and Valve's voting system? You can't use both very well, it will do what you are experiencing.
Also you could have sv_workshop_allow_other_maps set to "1", which would cause issues as well.

I had this problem too when I was not using any sourcemod map-related plugins and relied on the workshop to rotate maps. Are you doing the same?

I ended up just using mapchooser+nextmap+rtv and it seemed to work fine. I suspect the steam web API going down during the day was causing the issues.

One other fix might be to enable the game's builtin map voting.
