Can confirm. My server is doing this too. Refreshing the plugins works for a bit but after a few rounds it goes back to being bugged.

The scoreboard sorting issues are due to the sourcemod function CS_SetClientContributionScore not working. I imagine it either needs a gamedata update or some other change to the cstrike extension. I haven't looked too much into it.

You didn't install the translations files (addons/sourcemod/translations) in the download.

The instructions say to install all of them (i.e., the entire directory).

At the very least, you have to install the english ones.
