Yeah well, the hat is only bugged during the upgrading progress and once the sentry has finished upgrading the hat will snap to the right position

and i've noticed when a player that does not have access to this plugin builds a building and a player with access to this plugin repairs it or upgrades it, the building gains a hat even though it was built by someone without access. not a big problem but just making you aware.. my players enjoy this plugin nonetheless.

Well the source shows he's using a "prop_dynamic_override" which is brilliant for all cases for props, especially if the prop hasn't been compiled for the static and dynamic setting. (i.e. physics.)

But what's better is that it's definitely possible to set a default animation for the props.

Those demos arent really usefull, They dont show me how the glitch happened they just show a hat attached to the barrell off a sentry

it had something to do with a donor building a sentry, a non donor repairing it and upgrading it while the donor helped and when it would upgrade from level 1 to level 2 the hat would glitch and get off set location. the admin that was playing with it has more info about how he was able to recreate it so i'll get with him and post what he was able to determine. the demos just show that the hat spins with the barrel
