You're trying to spawn a weapon with an invalid classname, check GameWeapons.ini.

You haven't even installed Orpheu, that's why 'InstallGameRules' isn't being found.
I haven't tested using AMXX 1.8.1, only 1.8.2

He got messed up two battle royale mods;

One is CSBR and another is what are you looking for (PUBN?)
& Third is PUBN
There may be others but i dunno.
