Is there a way to make any kind of scout melee weapon (bat, sun-on-a-stick, etc) shoot out a projectile when you click on alt-fire just like the Sandman/wrap assassin does? I've been searching solutions for hours but nothing came up and I've also came across some threads that were related but sadly they were unanswered.
