Allows you to set the type of canteen and the number of charges on the canteen, for any player's canteen. Works in any gamemode, as long as the player has a canteen equipped.
Requires TF2Attributes.
Commands
sm_setcanteen <target> <charges> [powerup] - Default "cheats" access. Sets the number of charges on <target>'s canteen to <charges>. The optional [powerup] parameter will remove all powerups from the canteen, then apply the specified powerup to the canteen.
sm_addcanteen <target> <powerup> - Default "cheats" access. Adds a powerup to a canteen without removing any of the other powerups on it. Yes, you can make a "critboost + ubercharge" canteen, by first using setcanteen for one powerup then using addcanteen for another powerup.
Valid powerups are 'recall', 'ubercharge', 'critboost', 'building instant upgrade', and 'refill_ammo'.
