Check the log, maybe you didn't place the hats list correctly

There are no errors or anything in my log files, so just to double-check, where exactly should the files be placed? (I've placed the files as they were in the .zip file but the hats don't show up).

Double-checked the files, they all appear to be in the right place:

translations/TF2_Wearables.Messages.txt
translations/TF2_Wearables.Items.txt
translations/es/TF2_Wearables.Messages.txt
translations/es/TF2_Wearables.Messages.txt
plugins/TF2_Wearables.smx
gamedata/TF2_Wearables.txt
data/TF2_Wearables.txt

As seen in my SM folder.

If you know what's wrong or if I'm missing anything, let me know, thanks!

I'm running some testing, and normal stuff seems to work. You can give people hats, and the different slots work, as well as the class specific items. It has problems with default hats for people and adminonly it appears.

Yes, please post link to tools and maybe a tutorial, I have 3dsmax, but i can't decompile the models i'm interested in.

You don't need 3D studio max.
You need: Cannonfodder's MDL Decompiler, Notepad and SDKTools

Can you make new hats with those plugins? and can you edit the bones and such so it works with the plugin? I personally want to edit a few hats currently floating around to work with this, as well as making new ones

Also, update on it's usability, everything works, tested completely, hopefully we'll get a release today.

Edit: I am creating a model creation tutorial that I will host on my website, along with some models.
