Im just curious why do you think it doesnt work with SB?

I just tested it with my SB on and it seems to work fine. For some reason it looks like it takes a few more attempts connecting before it IP bans you than it normally does without SB, but it still works....

But the ban is on steamid, so while it reduces the sql load for a spamming user it doesn't help players on the server.

This should be added to sourcebans! However, I see no reason as to why you could not use this if you had sourcebans. The original ban is still recorded correctly ect, this just adds the ip of a banned client to the default cfg if they try to connect when still banned.
