Plugin needs an update for that to work.
Currently it only sees original model files like the following: "models/v_". The "shield" folder or any other default folder between models and the model type is not acceptable.

You should see the something along the lines of the error below in amxx logs (not amxx error logs):
Model type(p_ / v_ / w_) unknown for model:...

When i load it shows me this error
Could not find "models\ustom\_m4a1.mdl
the 2 letters are missing

I should suggest that you use

models\ANYTHING\v_m4a1.mdl

\c and \v are computer terms, or you need to make it

models/costum/v_m4a1.mdl
