I may have found a bug in your script:
When the bot is on a password protected channel. Set by; irc_channel "#channel key".
And a needadmin command is sent from the server, the bot returns the channel key as a saying in the IRC channel.

Example:
/admin some cheater
<BOT-NAME> key

o Server: Linux Debian Stable.
o AMX Mod X version: 1.71
o The IRC-bot connect's to EFnet (!).

That's wierd. I'm running that bot on 3 gameservers, and all are in a PW protected channel, and I've never seen it send the key

This plugin is a rip of HLDS <-> IRC. you gave no Credit to me Devicenull Twisted or Chowdog i will be reporting this thread to have it removed !
