AFAIK, nm_restrict only allows you to restrict for a/t/c/w, and not for individual players.

If anyone else wants to strip a player of weapons, you should look at the third variable of nm_freeze. I'm going to do some testing with it now to see what I can make happen.

I was implementing scripting support and have a lot of it done, but I think I'm going to work on SourceMod instead.
