Any special you need will be listed as z_spitter, z_exploding and z_vomit (these two are the boomer), z_hunter etc... Just Ctrl + F and find what you need.

The post here https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2641319 if you scroll down to the bottom of the first post you will see their server.cfg file with lots of changes. But within this file they have most of the special infected cvars you would probably want. The values in the post are not default values so be mindful of that. Reference the valvesoftware link and check what the default values are.
