Its part of a plugin that allows you to set trails and glow for players* and grenades or just grenades. The problem is this plugin isn't titled as a glow plugin its titled as something different but one of the features of this plugin can set glow/trail colors. I recently posted a thread about a TFC concussion grenade plugin which changes the grenade hud sprite color. However i found out this plugin is actually part of a larger plugin that also has a trail and glow feature. Anyone happen to know a plugin with these features? Close, but no. The plugin is backwards compatible with other mods so it doesn't use cstrike module.
