I know we can check every client's score by CS_GetClientContributionScore cstrike.inc
Get all client's score, sort from high to low value and get first index. That should do the trick.
What if all the players have same score... like in first round of game. They don't have score at that point.

So how can I get first player of a team, even if they don't have score. The result must be first player as you see in scoreboard.

I would guess it would be sorted by userid or maybe alphabetically.
