You can't just slay them at the end of time left because sometimes the map can me changed before it reached the end of the time.

If you want to catch time left use a task in plugin_init:

set_task(0.1,"countTime",_,_,_,"b")

public countTime(){

	new timeleftSeconds = get_timeleft()%60
	if(timeleftSeconds == 0){
                            // slay them you need a loop for players + user_kill/user_slap )
	}

}
