Remote connect to your server machine(if hosted by a company that should be easy) and use the console remotely.

If you bought the server and have no way to access the console then you need to get a refund. However, I highly doubt you actually bought a server. You are probably renting from a hosting company.

Anyways, you can access your server's console via rcon or via HLSW.

this is a common issue for a lot of cases:

• bad coded plugins.
• metamod-P.
• too much plugins sending/receiving data.

I also read about unstable dproto versions, which seems to be the reaon of a lot of people having such problems.

Almost every unofficial dproto version is unstable.
