I think you should make a command or a script of weapon accuracy reduction while sprinting to balance this plugin.

Which is why the compiled plugin is attached.

Is it possible to rebind this to "shift" instead of pressing run twice?

For anyone interested i'm currently working on this now and will be making it possible to hold the shift key for sprint and releasing it to stop, like most FPS games....I cannot give an ETA but hopefully in the next week or 2 it'll be finished.

Actually i've decided to work on a CSS plugin that actually works for L4D2 and it seems to work better, should have it released within the next week after testing. A keybind will be required in order to get it to work properly like a FPS, Hold button to sprint and release to stop sprinting...

Is it possible to remove the sound and bind shift key to sprint instead of pressing twice the button? because i often activate it without wanting, and the stamina should be visible in game so the players know what they have.

Very good plugin, but can you possibly make it so the survivor does not appear blurry when sprinting? If you sprint usually the survivor looks slightly off and other plugins that affect speed do not have this affect

Good plugin.

I'm under no illusions that this coder is around here anymore though. He made quite of bit of unique plugins back in the day.

It is a bit rough around the edges though. Mostly around the way it works with the double tap function. It serves as a true way to adjust survivor movement speed, since trying such a thing with the weapon survivor speed values seems to be either hardcoded even with info editor adjustments, or just not working values.

There are rumors that Valve is planning on adding on another DLC campaign to L4D2, even at this late stage of the game. That should add a resurgence of coding interest towards the game. If this is true however, its likely such an update will break many things around here and I could see many people either sitting on their hands or walking away completely. Since pretty much every time the game underwent a major revision, things broke.
