What is the lowest number I can use for "l4d_sprint_energe_slowdown" ?

I tried -

sm_cvar l4d_sprint_energe_max 300
sm_cvar l4d_sprint_energe_slowdown 25

But it takes a long time to build up stamina again - takes away from normal running speed. Nice mod otherwise

But it takes a long time to build up stamina again-----please set l4d_sprint_consume_? to adjust the recovery of stamina.
