yeah, i already tried the non-windowed and windowed but still the same -_-" but you know what jc? when i playing CSOLDJB v8.0 the TGA seems no prob, but when i try play the CSOLDJB v9.0 and CSO-NST Beta 3 the TGA is pixelate again i think its from the console command

Probably CSOLDJB v9.0 contains broken TGA's..Try opening all those TGA files with Photoshop or anything else to see that
