Without db it wont work. Its simple if you have phpmyadmin just create a database with the name you write in kz_sql_db .. ex: top15.

and kz_sql_host is the ip where you host the database.

dont know what do you mean with everything works fine but in my opinion it looks like you dont know what your are doing

When connected to server type "amx_cvar kz_sql_host" and "kz_sql_files" and see if it returns the value you want.
If not, you didn't edit the information in kreedz.cfg (configs/kz) or you mistyped something.

You set the vips by users.ini file in configs.
Just give your admins access by steam id over name and they'll get vip also.
To get kick you need to give them b or c flag (amx_kick one)

Try without http://, only the ip/top15.
