I sent you an IM twice but don't see it in my sent items. Maybe Allied Mods IM is borked?

When trying to compile the plugin i get fatal error 120: can't read from file autoupdate.inc.

I received your messages but I was very busy at work today, sorry for the delay. In order to compile the plugin, you need the .inc provided by Plugin Autoupdater. Just drop it in the sourcemod/scripting/include folder and the plugin should compile correctly.

Alright i compiled and uploaded. Server crashed again as predicted (using plugin v2.4.3). Nothing was in the errorlogs but in the sourcemod logs i found this:

one problem i see in your umc_mapcycle.txt:

"cp_coldfront" {} is listed 2 times in group "Control Point Maps"
remove 1 plz and try again

I didn't notice this, but yeah this could actually cause an infinite loop which might explain why your server is crashing.

is there a way to exclude ppl from voting so they can not even see there is a vote going on like an txt file where u can add Steam ID's which are blocked from voting ?
i need something like that for some members

I might be able to incorporate that with a custom (admin) flag.

I removed that entry but it still crashed. I see the log has become 168MB lol! Since i only have 256kbps connection i have asked jameless to take a look at the log.

I'm currently working on some of the new features some of you have requested.

I'm also working on a new feature of my own; maps can be dynamically reweighted based off of the average rating of the map from the Map Rate plugin. In order to accomplish this, I wrote a reweighting system that anyone can extend in their own plugins (not sure exactly how useful it will be, but it's there).

So how this will basically work is there will be a separate plugin called umc-maprate-reweight.smx that handles all the reweighting. At the start of the map, the reweight plugin will fetch all the maps from the SQL database holding Map Rate's ratings and calculate the average rating for each. Then when UMC needs to get the map's rate, the reweight module will multiply UMC's weight by the map's rating, thus giving maps with a higher rating more weight.
