I've been getting alot of news that my players are not properly downloading all the files......

so I tested this out by deleting my own server downloaded files; then I went on my server and I only downloaded 1 model+materials and 3 sound folders.....

when I reconnect, it has me re-download everything again, but it properly downloads them.

I'm on linux, I don't remember what sourcemod snapshot im on, but it's not the very latest but it is 1.5.1

Not sure about other causes, but not downloading files correctly is one of the symtoms of having sv_pure 1 and missing cfg/pure_server_whitelist.txt entries for the files in question... or having sv_pure 2, which doesn't support downloads at all.

Not sure why it would work the second time. You did try it a third time to make sure, right?

yessir, my sv_pure has been 0 since day 1

Hmm... does your fast download server have access or error logs you can view?
