Make sure subplugins are in
addons/sourcemod/plugins/freaks/

TF2Attributes needs to be updated manually in the GitHub repository
Updater requires atleast one of those extensions to run. Generally 1.10.14 isn't going to update anytime soon
(unless 1.11 gets into the update)
