Those that want the builtin map vote can try adding these to their cfg/retakes/retakes_game.cfg file:

- mp_endmatch_votenextleveltime 20
- mp_endmatch_votenextmap 1
- mp_match_end_restart 0
- mp_match_restart_delay 30

I doubt there's a plugin related issue still. It's likely just the result of the cvars being set in that file.
