Full Admin

How do I give myself FULL admin? Do I need to type each and every command into the allowed commands? wouldn't it be easier to not put anything there for full admin? Can anyone give me all commands...

Spawn boat/buggy not in help

Now when I type nm_help, the spawn boat doesnt even show up anymore.. all the others are still there. some duplicates though. is that just me?
