How do I give myself FULL admin? Do I need to type each and every command into the allowed commands? wouldn't it be easier to not put anything there for full admin? Can anyone give me all commands please?

you've got all the commands in your default admin.cfg file. Then just have to pick them you look for out it and put them in your own admin.cfg.
Or you can tape nm_help in your console on your server to get the full list of commands if you've the right to perform this.
