I know that I'll write in bad thread, but I couldn't find any good topic about this.. I need to change animations from this player model http://speedy.sh/yvDxx/Naruto-Senin-mode.mdl to default CS anims.. You know something about animations, so please help me.

I have the following problem with the origin of weapon model.

I decompiled this m4a1 model and then, I immediately compiled it back (without changing anything in the decompiled files), but the origin of the weapon was moved. Look at the screens.

Original model:

Recompiled model:
