i agree that notepad is as simple as it gets.
but not everyone is a pro with HTML so programs like Dreamweaver help out alot. You dont have to nag and say "why dont people just use notepad..." and it doesnt make you look good either

why not just use FrontPage, i mean it's made by Microsoft, it has to be the absolute BEST thing EVER!
