Use "
Stripper: Source" by BAILOPAN. (The name is counter-intuitive, you can actually use it to add things to maps too.) Then in the global_filters.cfg, add this block of text:

It will precache the weapon for any map, thus making it functional.
I have my global_filters.cfg set to precache all of the CSS weapons too. I've attached my file if you'd rather just download that and replace yours.
