Tried google on this but didn't find much info about it. Basicly what I'm trying to do it setup a second FastDL server so players will use this server if the first one is on high bandwidth load. So anyone ever tried this before?

Why would you require such a construction?

What you seem to be looking for is called load balancing, which requires quite some knowledge and effort to configure and at least three servers: the load balancer and the two mirrors.

i have some webhosting packages that I bought but most of them aren't in used so I thought of making use of them all for this kind of purpose.

Yea it's something like load balancing but it's not the real load balancing setup with cluster servers..

If i recall correctly someone used to mention here that I would just need to use some tricks with htaccess and php to redirect players to other fastdl server when the main one is overloaded with too many downloader connections

You can't do it with HLDS. Someone created a plugin in AMXX to change the URL on every connection or round or map, I can't remember. Look in Suggestions/Requests.
