Ok, I know that Choke is the data sent to a client that it isnt handled in a right way, and Loss what's actally is?
How can i reduce them both?

Connection I think is right, its an Quad Xeon 2GB ram 10000 download 10000 upload connection, 9 servers running (3 32 slots, the others 12~16 slots)

ANOTHER WEIRD FACT: Im not having choke/loss in all my servers

Have you tried to do any research on this? Is your server in a datacenter? I would imagine so with that dl / upload speed.

yes.
i searched and found some answers from leon (from valve) about choke, what was, and told to "just reduce update rate" or something of the sort

about loss, i have no idea

As far as I know choke basically means the client wants to update more often but the server isn't responding to it. Loss is basically the oposite, packets from the server are being dropped by the client due to lack of bandwidth or some rate limit.

so what should i do?

A. Find the best settings for your client side, tweak them until you get a good connection with fps.

B. make sure the settings are correct with your servers

Thats all you can do

Hmm I thought it was the other way around for choke and loss.
