It is exactly as the topic thread suggest. Here's how it works: When you enter the command, an artificial player joins the team you specify (ex. terrorists) and teleports a few feet in front of you. It stands still, but stills take damage(kinda like a statue).You can also specify the artificial player's health. Make sure you don't confuse this with bots because bots move around.
