On my server nobody comes when I start a server through the console! Here start parametres "C:\Program Files\Valve\hlds.exe"-game cstrike-console-insecure +maxplayers 12 +sv_lan 0 +map cs_mansion +ip ******** +port 27016-noipx! By the way through port 27015 the server is not started! An error! And IF I START THROUGH hlds.exe that all perfectly works (except 27015)! Prompt in what a problem?

What is the error that it is showing? Steam or Non-Steam?
