I'm doing a full rewrite, there was a beta with just a few modifications but it was dropped. Don't what bmann thinks about this, but it's going well so far. I need coders to help me if possible,it's a huge thing.

where do i report bugs in 4.0 beta for you i have found 1 and also found the fix!!!!!

The one were testing hasnt been released yet. But if your talking about the current one on the server, i may presume a missing ML ? lol
(I forgot to put the lang file in their the other day)

i found an error in your .sma its one of the cvars

transferfm_DispatchSpawn = register_cvar("afk_bombtransfer_fm_DispatchSp *awn", "7");

*dont know why post put a space in there lol

but in amx_super.cfg it looks like

afk_bombtransfer_spawn 7
