im somehow no admin (i think)

when i give commands with amx_blabla i always get this
"You have no access to that command"

and when i type in console "amx_menu" i only see 1 option, close

wtf is going on? someone help me pls

Have you edited your users.ini ? People just don't become admin by themselves.

no still no luck I get all time that stupid error!

there are playing much on my server and some are hackers that i need to ban and some wants sh levels

You did upload the file to your server (if you have external hosting)?
