can someone help me change where it says "SERVER RULES" to "USEFUL COMMANDS"

2. instead of typing /rules can they change it to /cmds

3. and then, the hud text appears on the top left corner of ur screen but the radar gets in the way so people cannot see the messages clearly. can someone change it so it appears on the top right hand corner?

edit sma in amx studio and go to the generators and choose the Hudmessage_generator there you will get coordenates of your text huds!

i can code a plugin to do this but it pops up in a motd instead of a hud message
