Is there a way to write a plugin that records(makes demos) if you suspect someone is hacking, but you do not have to spectate them. Like if I was the only Admin in my server and didn't want them to know i was demoing to see if they are hacking/cheating. I am registered with steambans and to report someone that you think is hacking/cheating you need a demo of them.

Idea:
amx_demo/record "steamid" "ip" "nick"
Then have it sent to a log.

Can anyone help me or tell me what I would need to write it?

You can write a plugin to make THEM take a demo of themself. However if you wish to take a demo of them, you MUST spectate them (or use HLTV).

As a workaround: with a plugin you can force your screen to view the person and record a demo.

now that would be a asume plugin even if you had to be in spectate mode, that would follow the player and when he died it would switch back to that player when the round restart.. the worst part of making demos is having to keep locating the player after he dies, you miss those first few seconds as he eyeballs were everyone is spawning and leaving the base.. i would like to have a plugin like that...

Well I am going to try to write one, researching what mods to use and stuff. If anyone has any suggestions or can offer help let me know.

you could use a program called double desktop to run cs on one and hltv on the other, tho this may lag the shit out of ur computer. just an idear
