As the move have to be automated, the requirement of having to choose model would cause a lot of complaints...
In CS 1.6 I know it was quite easy to add command to do it but I think you have to rely on another plugin to do it for CSS...
The option to select the same team might be possible to allow but as people will be moved around (as it is PTB's work) I'm not sure how useful (and used) it would be.
