I can tell I need a new version of meta mod, but I cant seem to find it. I look on meta mod's website and I've already downloaded the newest version I can find.

Type meta list and tell us the current version of your meta mod, and the current version of your amxx. And was it always like this?

looks like your amxx dll is corrupted. reinstall amxx with your server OFF
Also I would suggest you remove adminmod.
